Attention, bio-exorcists and recently deceased! FOUND:RE Phoenix is throwing the afterlife's hottest shindig this side of the Netherworld. Prepare for a night of ghoulish gastronomy at our Beetlejuice-themed dinner party, where the food is to die for, and we’ll be showing the original Beetlejuice movie.
Guests are encouraged to don their best striped suits, moldy wedding dresses, or whatever passed as fashion in your era of expiration. Our menu features four courses that would make Delia Deetz green with envy.

Sichuan Egg Fried Rice
Charred Scallion, Carrot, Pea, Sichuan Peppercorn Sauce

Onion Leek and Potato soup
Braised leeks, Brunoise Potato, Onion Jus

Roasted Tiger Prawn
Chili marinated Tiger Prawn, Lemon and Garlic Rice, Sweet Pepper Glaze, Thai Breadsticks

Brown Butter Banana Fritters
Crispy Banana Fritter, Caramel, Vanilla Ice Cream
