Smoked leek and corn risotto, Braised collard greens, Micro swiss chard (garnish)

Filet Mignon

Horseradish & dill mashed red potatoes, Wild mushroom demi, Crispy onion Straws, Honey balsamic baby carrots

Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
