Isabella brings with her a wealth of experience in the retail industry, having started her career at the age of 16 at a local children's boutique in Scottsdale. With the guidance of exceptional mentors and her own determination, Isabella worked her way up the retail ladder, eventually landing the coveted position of buyer and manager at The Shop.

Isabella's passion lies in curating items that embody art, travel, self-reflection, fun, and happiness. She finds joy in creating unique spaces that reflect different parts of herself and the environment around her.

When she's not busy meticulously reorganizing The Shop, Isabella can be found revamping and decorating her own home. She is also an avid foodie and coffee lover, always on the lookout for new culinary spots and coffee shops to try. Isabella is also a strong advocate of supporting local boutiques within her community.
