FOUND:RE Contemporary and FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel are excited to announce the opening of their new exhibition, “The Surreal World,” with support provided by Artlink Inc.
This exhibition cycle will present the work of Arizona artists who are exploring a variety of imagery embodying the art movements of Surrealism. The exhibition opens to the public on March 3 and runs through May 27, 2023 with the opening reception on March 3, 6-9pm.
The presented works range from abstract “automatic” works to realistic images inspired by dreams/nightmares or unconscious thought, and they are on view throughout the entire ground floor of the FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel. The exhibition will be presented as part of FOUND:RE Contemporary’s regular schedule of rotating exhibitions organized by curator Jordan Zurn.
